Quality & Compliance
With a strong foundation in education and community services, our Compliance & Quality Manager brings a unique blend of industry insight and academic excellence. Holding a background in Science Honours and formal education in Community Services Management, she has further strengthened her expertise with certifications as an IMS Lead Auditor and NDIS Internal Auditor.
Her leadership in quality and compliance plays a critical role in shaping our organisational standards. Through her supervision and guidance, we ensure that NDIS Practice Standards are not only met but embedded in our daily operations—promoting best practices, accountability, and continuous improvement across all services.

Mandeep Kaur, RN
Clinical Governance
With nearly 5 years of nursing experience across emergency settings overseas and in Australia, our Registered Nurse brings strong clinical expertise and a compassionate approach to client care. She holds formal nursing qualifications and is well-versed in NDIS, supporting clients with a range of complex needs, including aged care and high-intensity support.
In her role overseeing clinical governance, she monitors client intakes, contributes to support planning—especially for high-care participants—and provides health guidance to support staff. Her involvement ensures an added layer of clinical oversight, helping us maintain best practice standards and deliver safer, more responsive care.

Operations Manager
With over five years of experience in the NDIS and community services sector, Ish brings strong leadership, compassion, and operational excellence to our team. Known for managing and growing services from a young age, his passion lies in creating meaningful impact for the people we support.
Ish leads with empathy, innovation, and accountability—ensuring our operations reflect best practices and truly person-centred care. His commitment is evident in the trust and positive outcomes experienced by our clients.
Under his guidance, we continue to set high standards in delivering quality, responsive, and empowering NDIS support.

Service Manager
Bringing a strong background in business management and customer service across industries—including hospitality—our Service Manager offers a well-rounded approach to people and operations. With 2 years of dedicated experience as a Service Manager in an NDIS-registered organisation, they bring proven skills in staff coordination, client engagement, and service delivery.
Known for excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, they ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a high standard of care. Their focus is on building strong relationships with both clients and teams, creating a positive and efficient support environment.
